Protein-rich foods are broken into amino acids that help the muscle for the growth. Protein, carbohydrates and fat when consumed together the process of digestion is slowed and energy is provided over a longer period of time.
The Behaviour is associated with your nutritional diet. A breakfast or lunch skipped will change the behaviour by distracting you with hunger which changes the concentration.
Kids too have the same symptom and must avoid skipping their first and the midday meal. School breakfast programs have proved to have positive impact on classroom performance and behaviour.
In today’s fast food and overall poor eating habits, kids can develop a negative relationship with food early in life. Parents have to make sure their children are getting the nutrients they need. A good feeding approach has been shown to be much more effective in terms of healthy nutrient intake.
